Contribution to Chotrul Monlam Festival 2025

The members of Himalayan Sherpa Club of Sonoma (HSC) proudly contributed to the Chotrul Monlam Festival 2025, held from March 28th to 30th at the Richmond Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco. Organized by the U.S. Chotrul Monlam Association, this sacred gathering welcomed all Dharma practitioners, both monastic and lay, to join in three auspicious days of Great Cho Trul Monlam prayers and a special celebration honoring His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s birthday.

As part of our commitment to cultural and spiritual preservation, HSC members graciously sponsored the full-day program (Ngi-khak) on March 30th, providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all attendees. This sponsorship was made possible through the generous contributions of our club members and the Sherpa community across the Bay Area, showcasing the collective spirit of generosity and unity.
Through initiatives like these, HSC remains dedicated to fostering cultural heritage, supporting religious traditions, and strengthening our community bonds.
